Won't install all my purchased resources

I have to re-install Accordance on my laptop, and after numerous attempts it will not install all the content I've purchased.

That's not any fun at all.  Have you tried choosing content update instead of easy install?

Or Can you see everything you have purchased in easy install?
 

If not you have not logged in correctly or as others have, created multiple accounts and are not signed in to the one you made the purchases in.
