Technical help please

It looks like this when I start. It just started today, 06/30/2022. Not really sure what's going on or what to do to fix it. I tried shutting down and then turning on computer, but it did not fix it. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

Hi @bnelso48,

I don't really know, but I think it might be a good idea to delete the program and re-download it from the website. I don't think that would delete your files (Highlights, Notes, etc), but I would personally backup the Accordance docs first, then delete the program and re-download it.

Weird, I've never seen anything like that.  I agree with Kristen.  I'd delete and reinstall.
