Letter searching in Hebrew

I am looking for several of the inseparable prepositions as attached to various nouns. For instance, how would I search for ל when it is followed by ANY letter with a qamats, or לִ when it is followed by ANY letter with a Shewa?

 

While I am at it, is there an advanced Hebrew manual for searching such details? I need to create blank letters to stand in for ANY letter so I can attach a specific nikkud or series of other letters. Many thanks!
