JakeBondo Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 I am on Mac OS Monterey. When I open accordance goes through a validation process and then ask me to sign in every time. And I have encounter this message several times now. Once I click through it allows me to use accordance as normal.
Guest Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 Jake, have you been able to contact Accordance staff as mentioned in the dialog? They should be able to reset your installations.
Billy32792 Posted June 14, 2022 Posted June 14, 2022 Hi Jake, It sounds like you may be running Accordance from the .dmg instead of the application. Be sure to finish the setup and delete the shortcut from the dock. Then open Accordance from the Applications folder and create a new shortcut. I will find your account and reset your activations.
