Tool Display.APREF Write Permission Error

When using Accordance, I keep getting a Display Tool.APREF error (see attached). I know how to set file permissions, but I can't find any such file anywhere.  Any help would be appreciated.

You can try renaming the 'Tool Display.apref' file and then restarting Accordance. This file (which is in the Accordance Preferences folder) will be rebuilt.

 

On a Mac, it is located at: Go/Home/Library/Preferences/Accordance Preferences (If your Home library is hidden, you have to press your option key while you have the ‘Go’ menu open in order to see the hidden ‘Library’ underneath 'Home’ in the ‘Go’ drop down menu).

 

On a Windows PC it is located at: C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Local\Accordance\Accordance Preferences.
