Crash when highlighting a word in an English text, but only in OT – very odd !

On my iPad, but not on iPhone, I get an immediate crash every time I highlight an English word in the OT.  It doesn't matter which keyed English text I use, but doesn't happen with RSV (which is not keyed) or NIV84 (I do not have a keyed version of this translation).  

 

I tried deleting and reinstalling the Hebrew texts (HMT-W4 & BIBLIA Bible Hebraica Stuttgartensia)– no difference.  I also reset my user content.  Still got the crash every single time.  I synced (wifi) to reinstalled user content.  Same result.

 

When restarting after a crash, I get this error message – it's the same one I see when doing any Easy Install.  This has been the standard with Easy Install for a long time (seems like it's been a couple of years).

 

  

 

Any ideas?  This has been going on for a few days.  I'm stumped.  I've cleared everything in Settings.  I've rebooted.  I've reinstalled.

Julie, I may imagining this.  But think I remember a bug report being made about this..  You may want to do a forum search for ‘highlight’.

Thanks.  Will do.  I hope there's a solution.  It's very annoying, and disables Accordance somewhat.

Search term too general, too many hits.  I'll have to pursue this later and hope for a fix.
