When using one click to amplify, the verse display is gibberish. Here is an example:

Hi Michael,

We were unable to reproduce this. Please try quitting Accordance and opening the Accordance Safe Mode trouble shooting window.

In order to open Accordance Safe Mode on a Mac computer press your ‘option’ key as you open Accordance.

Please select ‘Remove startup session’, ‘Clear Library Cache’ and ‘Clear Research Cache’ and then launch Accordance.

Let us know if this doesn't help. You can contact us directly at: techsupport@accordancebible.com for a faster response.

Thanks.

Unhappily this did not resolve the issue. I also tried Clean up installed fonts. The problem persists.

I will contact tech support as suggested.

Unhappily the problem has recurred. ☹️

I sent email to tech support with images. Again, the problem is both Greek and Hebrew verse lookup with Live Click.

So this turned out to be the 'Text Display' Accordance Preferences file becoming corrupted after setting a Set Default Display preference from inside of the library window. This is a bug and we will report it to the programming team.

Thanks for your patience Michael while we worked through this.
