I believe that oup withdrew their publication shortly after publishing it and oup appear to be dragging their feet with the jewish annotated apocrypha so i wouldn't hold your breathe for this one. Its available from cambridge and spck in the uk but there appears to be licensing issues for the us with a third publisher.
