bnelso48
Hello my brothers and sisters in Christ, This is a very specific question. Please only answer if you have the resources to answer it. Does anyone know if the word house h1005 includes or excludes the center yod in the DSS? I'm chiefly concerned with the biblical texts from the protestant (like the standard KJV) canon. In the DSS is house h1005 spelled beth yod tav or is it ever just spelled beth tav, without the yod? Can you please include a picture if you see it spelled beth tav, without the yod? If you do find it spelled without the yod, how frequent is it spelled like this? Thank you so much for your help. Love in Christ, Brian
Brian W. Davidson
It's only in the plural that it doesn't have the yod. I don't have time to provide more. Here is an image of the entry in the dictionary of classical hebrew.
