Is there any way to fake Dark Mode for the INfo panel in Windows?

So for all the other panels, I either get the selected global theme, or can go in and manually set a Dark Theme (Night Sky I believe)

However I have not been able to find a way to customize or set a them for the Info Panel at the bottom of the work space. It stubbornly adhere to white background with black text.

 

So have I just missed something obvious, or just working with a limitation inherit to the Windows port?
