Content pop up with different resolution monitors

My main monitor is 2560 X 1440 and my secondary monitor is 1920 X 1080.

When I move a window from the main monitor to the secondary monitor such as the atlas or the Text, the bottom of the content pop up is not visible or available as the down arrow is not visible. Using the down arrow key does not work either since it does not display the options at the bottom of the list.
