Ruth Ann Posted May 2, 2009 Posted May 2, 2009 I have noticed this just in the last year. I've been busy elsewhere so haven't been using maps for a while. When I highlight a place in a text of a Bible version, and choose 'map' >then type of map and click, the entire system crashes. And I must restart Accordance. I am upgraded to Accordance 8.1.3. Maps did work with 8, I believe, if I remember correctly. My operating system is MAC OSX 10.5.6. I don't use the maps as much any more but they are nice to have when I do need them. I do appreciate any help you can give me.

Thank you for answering, Helen Brown. I have downloaded all updates. I have been lax here. I now have Accordance 8.2.2. I have tried to locate cities on my map 3 times and each time the Accordance closed/crashed. It's still a problem.

Also can you simply open a map or does it also crash when you don't select a name first? It would be easiest to track down your problem via iChat so I will send you my screenname via the Personal Messenger.
