Using website as translation tool can't search both "words and a verse reference"

I am currently setting "google translator" as my external website translation tool. With a shortcut, this becomes very handy and helpful for not native English speaker. One thing bother me is, I tried to search a paragraph of bible text, but it showed that "This selection cannot be used, because the selection cannot include both words and a verse reference." Of course I could copy the selection and paste by steps, but it took more time and not so convenient. I am wondering whether it is possible to the website search no matter it includes verse or not?

The external website I use is, "https://translate.google.com.tw/?hl=zh-TW&sl=de&tl=zh-TW&text=***&op=translate"

Hello Mutien

I use 4 different translator. Every one has it strength.

Sometimes the new Translator in Safari from Apple. Safari 14 and up or in Big Sur and up. Easy to translate a whole internetsite

https://www.deepl.com/translatorThey have an app. Select the part you want to translate and press 2x Command. The best translation

iTranslate https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/itranslate-translator/id884952790?l=en&mt=12 if I have to type som words, because it has an autofill.

Mate https://apps.apple.com/ch/app/translator-by-mate/id1005088137?l=en&mt=12 because it has a lot of languages. And and autodetect for languages. It can translate full internet sites but it needs then a lot of power. Or you select a part of the internet site and it has also a shortcut oder an icon is come which you can click. Maybe based on Google.

iTranslate don't work since Accordance 12 at the same time. I have reported it to both but nothing happens. If this is fixed the shortcut you want opens it.

The Safari Translator is only for website.

The best for in Accordance is deepl.com app. Sorry use "2X command-C". Unfortunately only a few languages.

Mate Translate opens with a shortcut but it doesn't put in the translater direct what is selected. I have requested it but nothing happens. You have to select it Command-C, shortcut for Mate, Command-V.

I have just right now again requested a feature like the deepl has.
