Christmas Classics on iPad

When I open the Accordance "Christmas Classics" module on my PC, there is a table of contents that I can use to navigate. However, I cannot find any TOC on the iPad, which is where I would read this material.

 

Am I missing something?  Is it possible to create a TOC for that module that will work on the iPad?

Christmas Classics can be opened from the "Daily Reading" category in your Library, or from Tools—>Other Books. When you open it from "Daily Reading" it syncs to the Advent calendar and opens to the appropriate spot during Advent.

Open it from Tools—>Other Books if you want to see the TOC.
