Merging Notes / Upgrading Notes crashes Accordance.

Hi there,

 

I have a number of notes that I am wanting to merge. When I started this process I received this first Crash Log.

Searching the forums, I saw the post about making sure that User Notes are upgraded. The I selected that option I received this Crash Log.

I have actually created a brand new Notes file to merge each file into. 

 

Any thoughts please?

The second crash has already been fixed for upcoming version 13.1.5, though I'm not sure when that will be released.

 

Can you look in your "Accordance Files/User Notes" folder and tell me the file extensions of the notes you're trying to merge together?  They should be either "acc4" or "amynotes".
