Command+Arrows in picture tab not working correctly

This problem replicates whether the picture is magnified in a popover, whether it is in a picture tab or whether it is full screen. 

When I zoom in to the picture and then try to use command+navigation arrows to move around, CMD+[leftarrow] works, but CMD+[rightarrow] does not work. The up and down arrows work fine. 

 

Plus, when the picture is magnified in a popover and preferences>General>Arrow Keys: is set to “Move Insertion point”, both CMD+[leftarrow] and CMD+[rightarrow] move the caret in the caption below, from one end of the caption to the other. 

 

Also, the caption still is not displaying correctly with the magnify popover for pictures. I think it has already been reported.

Also, command-rightarrow does not work in the Atlas.
