Print friendly Atlas color set?

I was wondering if anyone has used the maps (screenshots) from Accordance Atlas module for quizzes/tests?

 

I don't need now, but I might need it in future.

 

I looked at the color sets. Looks like the "White" color is the best choice. But the blue color for water bodies might be a waste of ink/toner. Striped lines might be more print friendly.

I would love a grey scale option among the color schemes. Currently I save an image of the map area of interest and use photo management software to create a greyscale image by controlling the RGB channels. Tedious but works.
