miketisdell
If I open a tab with the CSB 2017 text and attempt the following search:branch <AND> fire and then scroll the window to see the results, Accordance crashes 100% of the time. miketisdell
Accordance, any updates?
Mark Allison
I'm not seeing this on my machine. You might want to try doing the same search in a new workspace. If that doesn't help, try deleting the CSB and reinstalling. If neither of those solves the issue, I'd call tech support.
Silas Marrs
Mike, can you close your info pane and tell me if the crash still happens?
miketisdell
It took me a little while to get time to do some testing. What I found is that I was able to duplicate the problem with most texts (even Hebrew) i.e. after searching I would scroll down through the results and Accordance would crash. After starting Accordance, I tried closing everything and then opening a single tab, searching and scrolling through the results and it would again crash. I was able to resolve the issue by closing everything, opening a new tab and then closing Accordance so that it would re-open with just a single tab from the very beginning. I was then able to complete the search and scroll through the results without anything crashing. I am not sure what was open in my prior workspace that was causing the crash but when Accordance loaded my prior workspace, not even closing the entire workspace would fix the problem.
