JonathanHuber Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 (edited) Is any one else having issues with the syntax modules? See the screenshots. Mousing over the Hebrew text doesn't show any syntactical tagging in this passage. There are odd duplications in the Greek, especially at the end of verses. On iOS the tagging in this OT passage appears as [Anysyntax], so I'm also not sure it's a Mac issue. Edit: I already tried deleting the modules and reinstalling, but that didn’t help. Robert Holmstedt Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 If you've recently updated, there was a change to the Hebrew HMT-W4 text concerning the way that Qere/Ketiv were rendered in the underlying code. I am currently fixing the syntax tagging to match and will be sending Oaktree an update today. 2
Robert Holmstedt Posted July 16, 2020 Posted July 16, 2020 Oh, I just looked more closely at your screenshot. I've still not finished tagging Isaiah 1-39 and 56-66. It is high on my priority list, but with recording lectures for online courses a big part of my summer, I'm behind. 2
JonathanHuber Posted July 17, 2020 Author Posted July 17, 2020 Ah, that's partly my fault then. I overlooked that Isaiah was partly completed. I'll look forward to the eventual update. There's still the issue of the duplicated words in the Greek syntax, though.
accord Posted July 17, 2020 Posted July 17, 2020 There's still the issue of the duplicated words in the Greek syntax, though. I believe this particular syntax issue came about in the prior version to the current Accordance 13.1.2. I had reported the issue to Accordance at that time. Looking forward to a fix for this word duplication.
