Duplicate a Stack? Move items from one stack to another?

I have a stack and it contains 3 sets of items that I'd like to know put into their own stacks.

 

Is there a way to move an item from one stack into another?

 

If not, is there a way to move an item (or copy then delete) from one stack into another?

 

I can't drag items from one stack into another. And if I copy and item I can't paste it into another stack.
