abe Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Hello friends, I am setting up accordance on a different computer and I am having issues getting my Library 6.1 Premier upgraded to 7.4.2. Right after installing Library 6.1 off the CD, I was able to open the application and verify that all the modules were supposed to have been loaded were there. Then after I downloaded the 7.4.2 OS X installer.dmg installer and loaded it, I launched Accordance, however I keep getting a pop up asking me to Add my first module?? it's as if I didn't have any module loaded. Seems simple but just don't know what the deal is. Running this on a PowerBook 1.67 PowerPC running OS X Leopard. Thanks -abe
Helen Brown Posted February 25, 2009 Posted February 25, 2009 Again, you really need to upgrade! Anyway, sometimes version 7 doesn't correctly convert the Accordance settings to the new Accordance Preferences. You can try quitting Accordance, deleting the Accordance Preferences folder from both the Accordance Folder and your user/Library/Preferences, and restarting. Please contact tech support if this does not correct the problem.
abe Posted February 26, 2009 Author Posted February 26, 2009 THanks Helen for the help again. This one was a slam-dunk -removing Preferences and rebooting did it. -abe
