Highlights don’t transfer to or from iOS device

Highlights no longer “transfers” between my Windows PC and my iOS device (iPad).  I sync each device and am able to confirm with Windows Explorer that the device synced between my Dropbox account and the working folder, but highlights don’t show up in the “new” device.  In other words, if highlighted on the iPad they won’t transfer to my PC, or vice versa.  Tech support says this is an identified bug that has been fixed and waiting to be pushed out in an update but had no idea when that would be.

 

May I, please, get a beta copy of the fix so I can go back to using highlights on all of my devices?
