Resources of Estimated Size of New Testament Locations?

I apologize if this isn't the right place for this question, but I couldn't really think of where it best fit.

 

I am looking for a reliable resource that includes estimated population and geographical sizes for various first century cities (namely those mentioned in the Gospels and the book of Acts). Does anyone have a recommendation for me? (I'm open to resources not currently available in Accordance, if necessary.)

 

(I understand that this is an inherently difficult topic and includes quite a bit of guesswork, but even being within the ballpark would be helpful for me.)

I have read a discussion about this in the books by Rodney Stark. I seem to remember that they were “The Rise of Christianity” and “Cities of God”.
