Adding text in user notes causes text wrap glitches

When I type text in the user notes before some already existing paragraph, sometimes I see strange text wrapping issues. Usually they are cosmetic —if I resize window width, it immediately goes away. Here's screenshot.

I've also seen this behavior.

I was sure I'd fixed this months ago.

 

What version of Accordance are you two using?

 

Is there any set of paragraphs + typed string that causes it every time?  Unless I can figure out how to make it happen, it's very hard to fix.

Accordance 12.3.6. 

Usually this happens when I add text before existing text. App has to move paragraphs below further down and then sometimes first character remains on the same line while the rest of the text moves one line down.
