Can't highlight in this Tool

For some reason, I can't highlight in John Gill's exposition (a user Tool).  See attached please.

Toma, I just tried highlighting in a number of user tools and found I could not highlight in any of them. Have you been able to highlight any user tools you have?

I think you have it to convert to a regular tool first to highlight

Oh, my mistake.  I forgot that highlighting can't be done in User Tools. Forgive me, and thank you Solly and D.
