Ken Han Posted November 19, 2019 Posted November 19, 2019 MacOS 10.15.1 Accordance 13.0.1.1 Do a search in NA28 Greek NT: * [RANGE John 1] Select the highlighted words, Amplify > Language > Parsing Under Set Parsing Display Font size: medium small Tag display: abbreviations Parse: all words Show: all checked except English transliteration Under Print settings top/bottom/left/right margins: 0.5 inches Pane separation 0.25 Multipane printing: Checked print all panes Columns: all panes Use default font size of 9 Line spacing single Now when I print the parsing result from John 1 and choose open in Preview: 1. Takes a loooooog time to produce 30 pages of PDF 2. the resulting pdf is missing chunks of data, it seems around where the page breaks. When I compare the resulting pdf file with the parsing pane in Accordance, the missing data is easy spot. This problem is not limited to John 1. I had the same result when the search range was set to 1 Pet 2:1-10. Chunks of data missing from Accordance produced PDF.
Ken Han Posted January 9, 2020 Author Posted January 9, 2020 (edited) Not fixed in 13.0.3 See the attached how it jumps from John 1:3 to John 1:5. Edited January 29, 2020 by Ken Han
Ken Han Posted January 29, 2020 Author Posted January 29, 2020 still not fixed in 13.0.4. It's been more than 2 months since the first bug report. A simple acknowledgement of the issue would be helpful. As it is this is an issue where I cannot rely on the output produced by Accordance. 1
Silas Marrs Posted January 29, 2020 Posted January 29, 2020 Sorry Ken! Must have missed your earlier post. I'll be sure to look into this for the next release. 1
Joel Brown Posted February 15, 2020 Posted February 15, 2020 Thanks for the report, Ken, and again we're sorry about the delay. The slowness when printing multiple pages is going to take a bit more in-depth of a fix, but the skipping of the content has been identified and fixed for the next rev. 1
