danzac Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 This has been happening for quite some time, but I thought I should post about it to figure out what is happening. Basically, I am copying and pasting some Hebrew from Accordance in to Mellel. In the preferences I have chosen unicode and set Accordance to strip cantillation marks (I want to keep the vowels). When I paste in to Mellel the Lucida Grande font shows a whole lot of little characters that, in SBL Hebrew font, look like little raised arrows. Has anyone else had this problem? I've attached a small picture of an example, hopefully others can see it.
Helen Brown Posted January 4, 2009 Posted January 4, 2009 These are indeed the characters which mark the change of text direction. I do not have a better solution for them.
