Preferences > x-Display > Line Spacing weirdness

If I use the slider bar to change the percentage of the line spacing in any of the x-Display Preferences sections, the percentage shown in the lighter-background area below the words "Line Spacing:" also changes. But because that area looks like an entry field, I think that if I enter percentage into that box, the slider should move accordingly and the preference should change. But when I enter a number in that box, what I enter stays there, but nothing actually changes.

So,

- either make it not a field entry type box which makes me think I can enter a percentage number into it,

- or have it revert to the percentage that matches the slider bar no matter what is entered,

- or (ideally) make it so I can type an exact percentage into the box and the Line Spacing percentage preference will actually change.
