Pen highlighting.

When I try to use the pen to circle or draw a square around a word the smoothed shape shifts away from where I need the shape. In the attached capture I circled the word counsel and the shape shifted to where it is in the capture.

I have the same problem. I made a post about this but I must have saved it before the image was uploaded. For me, I don't have an issue with either the underlining or creating a square but the circle seems to have a large offset.
