Modules not included in Collections?

Some Product Details pages for modules do not list any collections (e.g. Hebrew Expert) that include the module, not even a Master collection. I've been noticing this for a while. Doesn't every module have to belong, at least, to a Master collection?

 

I understand that new modules may not have been added to the collections yet, but some are not presented as being new.

I would expect both of these to be part of English Master and possibly English Expert as well, but no collections are listed on the product pages. I hope someone can clear this up.

I saw ghis on some old modules too and reported it also, but only a few are added then to a collection.

The Master Collections are updated on a quarterly basis, but both modules cited above are completely new to us.
