The EULA also now displays on startup if the latest revision has not been accepted. Added a setting to adjust the size of pictures for Tool modules. The image viewer now automatically scales the image to fit the screen. Fixes Where pictures in a module could be extremely small on some devices. Fixes Issue that caused pane syncing to not work in some cases (e.g. syncing ESVS with HMT-W4 in sections of the writings and latter prophets).
