Julie Palmer Posted May 28, 2019 Share Posted May 28, 2019 Posting for a user with 12.3.4: I am using the version above on a MacBook Pro running MacOS 10.14.5. The situation is a research window opened from a text window. Within the research window on the left side is a list of the resources hits and the brief entries on the right. Scrolling through the right side of the window will bring up a spinning ball . . .-> crash, often. Clicking on the “More” tab above and entry to enlarge a hit will often end the same way but “Opening” a hit entry into an adjacent window seems to be more stable. Silas Marrs Posted May 29, 2019 Share Posted May 29, 2019 Try holding "option" when launching Accordance to get the safe mode options, then clear the Research cache and see if that helps.
