Accordance Blog: Filter is not useful for me

Hello

 

I just was on another Bible Software Blog. It looks like 

 

In compare to the Accordance one I don't understand why there are two Menus  if they aren't (both) helpful. 

 

Whatever I choose   I get the newest Blog entry on the top. The Filter doesn't seems to work. 

 

 

Next: Your Blog post had tags  , BUT they are not listed in the pull down list . So we have to find a tag in a Blog to search for the same tag. Definitely not practical. 

 

 

Conclusion: A redesign would be great, the competitor has done it much better. 

 

Is it also possible to replace the "nothing saying" image with an image of the Blog site? . The images are so creepy I just leave the site for many years as I went to there. The same for the images for the support tab. 

 

You may use the same pattern as in the Store. There it works excellent.

Fabian, we do have a major site redesign in the works. It will release later this year and should be a lot more functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Great to hear. Hopefully some requests found the way to the new design. 

 

About the "Icon". The newer one is better, the older was much more creepy.

 

I hope the new Website has less Java Skript. As Apple does try to eliminate for future versions of Safari to support Java Skripts. Or better no Java Skripts.

 

I guess also the Facebook and Twitter button can be deleted as it is obsolete. Like the L-Company and others have done. I don't have to recognized by FB if I go on your website.
