Steve Walton Posted February 1, 2019 Share Posted February 1, 2019 The information about the Timeline on the website says ' You can select from conservative or critical dating schemes, and all of the included dates can be edited.' I can't figure (as a new user of Timeline) how to edit a date for something that's included, such as John's Gospel (as a random example). I can see how to create a new User item and give that a different date range—but that's not what I want to do. I want to edit the dates for an item that's already there. Advice welcome! David Lang Posted February 2, 2019 Share Posted February 2, 2019 I'll be teaching a webinar on Customizing the Timeline this Thursday. If you can attend, I think you'll find it helpful. In short, you can't technically edit the Accordance timeline items. What you can do is create your own alternate items, and then choose to use your user item instead of the Accordance item.
