Julia Falling
I created a User Tool for my prayer list. I've been using this same template since 2011 with very few issues. As one would expect, I do a lot of copy/paste to keep my list updated. In the current version of Accordance, formatting issues have almost crippled the Tool. If I delete a block of text, for some reason (and I've not seen this before this version) the formatting messes up badly. I'm having to spend a lot of time cleaning up the mess. Frustrating. I can email a copy of the Tool if that would help. I really don't want to post more of it here due to privacy issues with the folks on my list. Here's what it's supposed to look like. Here's what it looks like when it morphs. I think I had just deleted a block of text above the shot. EDIT: This was posted earlier in the General category. It should be deleted from that list.
Silas Marrs
I think this is a bug that's already fixed for the next release. If it is, what you will find is that the bug only appears in the edit window. The messed up text will not persist when you hit Update. Only the text you deleted will be changed. It's purely a visual bug (though admittedly quite a serious one!)
Julia Falling
Thanks. Great that it's already fixed.
Julia Falling
Fixed. Thank you. EDIT – Not Fixed 2nd EDIT: If I highlight text and replace highlighted portion with other text, I still get morphing. It's bad enough that I have to update & then close the window even if I'm not finished making changes. However, if I highlight text, delete it, and then paste in text, no morphing. I can do this, but there is a problem that should be fixed. Thanks. Edited February 10, 2019 by Julia Falling
Julia Falling
I've done a bunch of User Tool editing since the release of 12.3.3b3 and every edit has been what I'd expect – normal. Deleting text, pasting text, highlighting and replacing all happen without morphing! Thank you. Really, most sincerely fixed.

Julia Falling
I have the latest update and it's still morphing for me on my MacBook Are you running a regular release or a beta?
Silas Marrs
Unless you are running the beta, you will not see the fix until we release 12.3.3, but if you are still seeing it in 12.3.3b3 or later, I'd very much like to know the specific circumstance, so I can fix it. Julia Falling
DoosanMan – I started this thread on the wrong forum. Should have been the one for the Mac beta. Sorry about that. The fix is on the way.
Silas Marrs
No, you were right to start it here, Julia, since this bug was present in the release. (Unfortunately!)
DoosanMan
I am not on the beta. So I guess that's why I'm still seeing it. Thanks!
