Note tagging

I did do a search and found some forum material on "tagging" but I would like to know IF or WHEN we might be able to tag (or anchor) a note to other verses so I do not have to copy and past. I may be missing a way this could already be done (i.e. reference lists?). Any help would be greatly appreciated.
