Fabian
Thanks Daniel Mmm. Not by me. Nor in Word, TextMaker, Papyrus, Neo Office, Pages, Text Edit... Daniel talk we about the same feature, where you can select a verse reference and then it shows in the Get Versers window. You only have then to press enter and it paste it in the word processor. I mean not when you type the verse reference in the Get Verses window. Thanks Greetings Fabian
Silas Marrs
Are you running Mojave, Fabian? What about you, Daniel?

Ruben Gomez
I am running macOS High Sierra, and it doesn't work in Word or Pages. It does works in TextEdit, Evernote or Ulysses, for example. It should work across the board, shouldn't it?

I opened a new document in LibreOffice Writer and typed in a verse reference (John 5:1 I think) and then I highlighted it and it OptCmdA and it popped up the dialog to choose which translation and citation format and then I hit enter and it copied it into my document. So yes, we are talking about the same thing. thx D

This happens also by cmd-alt-A in the "normal" use. Greetings Fabian
Λύχνις Δαν
I don't think I've ever seen that happen. I think it pulls the default value from the currently open tab, but I wonder if something else is interfering with it getting a value for that. I couldn't repro. opening the text browser and then trying to copy a verse. Thx D

Fabian
Hello Silas Many thanks. I remember I had to reassign all permissions after installing Mojave. Even Accordance's. Your first image I checked before I wrote the thread entry. It looks like: The second I had forgotten, but it looks also o.k. in my opinion. Greetings Fabian BTW: Did you know the Hyperdock App I'm using?
Silas Marrs
I agree, your settings look good, so it must be something else. I have not heard of the Hyperdock App. Do you think it is related to the bug?

Fabian
Hello Since I upgraded do Catalina this didn't work anymore. I would love to have a fix. And I have another strange bug. After I used Get Verses, in the type field the Bible verse from before is in. Start: All works fine: But after I want to use it again: The Bible verse is IN instead of the reference.
