Accordance 12 freezes after few seconds

Accordance 12 freezes after few seconds. This started after upgrading to Mac OS 10.13.5. I do not know exactly how to solve the problem.

A few questions:

 

1. Are you using the latest Accordance version? (12.2.8)

2. Does it freeze up before loading a workspace, or after?

3. Do any of the "Safe Mode" startup options help?  (To start in safe mode, hold option while Accordance is launching)

1. I am using the latest Accordance version (12.2.8)

2. It freezes up after loading a workspace.

3. The "Safe Mode" startup options do not help out.

I tried some of them, not opposed by a warning note.

Anyway, the module opened freeze after a few seconds, their text is inaccessible, and the whole program freezes.

Can you send me a copy of your workspace so I can debug it and see if the problem is with that?  You should be able to attach a file to your post by clicking the "More Reply Options" button at the bottom of your post.  Or if you aren't comfortable putting the workspace on a public forum, I can give you my accordance email address.

The workspace doesn't freeze for me, so I'm going to pass this on to our support team.  They should be in contact with you soon.
