miketisdell Posted June 16, 2018 Share Posted June 16, 2018 I am not sure when this began to happen i.e. after 12.2.6 or 12.2.7 i.e. I upgraded to 12.2.6 a day before 12.2.7 was release and then upgraded again, but when I open "Accordance Help" the contents pain display a rotating circle indicating it is still loading, but after several minutes of waiting it never loads. The search function still works and I was able to find the info I was looking for (i.e. how to import bibleworks notes). I have included a Screen shot. Helen Brown Posted June 16, 2018 Share Posted June 16, 2018 I am not experiencing this on Mac but I do see it on Windows, so we will look into it.
