ctrl-F in the Map intermittently stops working

Hi ya,

 

  Acc 12.2.6

  Win 10

 

  This has been happening a while so I cannot say which version it happened in first alas.

 

  I'll be reading along and not have used my open map tab for a while and I'll want to look a place up. I'll bring the map tab to the fore and hit ctrl-F and nothing happens. Then I use the menu Search -> Find Name on Map ... and the dialog opens and I do my search. After that ctrl-F resumes working. I don't know what causes it to stop though there is usually some lengthy period between my last use and this happening. I don't know if sleeping my laptop for example, causes this to happen or not.
