Rich
On my iMac, a while back, I "purchased" the "free" update for HCSB/S to CBS. These updates showed up in my Accordance Easy Install Upgrades under the Free tab and installed nicely. Consequently, under Paid Upgrades, they do not appear. As I was heading out of town shortly, I checked on my MacBook Pro to update Accordance and make sure it was in good shape and noticed that these two upgrades are showing up under PAID and will not allow me to install. They refer to the link to "buy" the free upgrade, but when I try that through the website, it reasonably shows I've already purchased it. Any thoughts? Michael Hunt
Is this what you mean? If so then the same thing is happening to me. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the CSB tagged text that was released not long ago.
Rich
Yes, that's what I'm seeing - but only on my laptop. My desktop showed them in "free" and installed them. Is this what you mean? Helen Brown
They should show up in Easy Install unless you have already installed them, so search your Library panel first. Note: the "Paid" upgrades may be free but you do need to order them.

It's been a bit since then — but now on my MBP laptop, they are showing as Paid Upgrades, and when I try to order them on the website, it says they have already been purchased (which I did when I upgraded them on my desktop iMac a while back). Helen Brown
They only show up in Paid because you still have the earlier version installed.
Julie Palmer
I have removed a database entry that displayed upgrades to the CSB17 without Strong's from both HCSB and HCSBS. This was technically redundant due to the other upgrade options that are available to get CSB17 with Strong's. The CSB17 line items in Easy Install should now be gone.
Michael Hunt
Thanks Julie. Can confirm that this is now the case for me (i.e. it is no longer appearing in the paid updates as was shown in the earlier screenshot)
Rich
That appears to have fixed mine as well! Thanks!
