training dvd contents

Hi,

 

I'm considering buying the training DVD, but was wondering if there's a table of contents anywhere?

 

I'm an "English-only" peasant, and wanted to know what % of the DVD relates to features of Accordance that are relevant to me, and how much of it will be over my mono-lingual head?
