A. Smith
I've created a search to rank LXX books by vocabulary similarity to the NT. The first search is "*" in NA28. The second is "*@ [COUNT 1-10]". I then combined these searches in LXX: "*@ -[HITS Text] <AND> [HITS NA28 Greek NT] <AND> <NOT> [NOUN proper]" which gets me every word in the LXX that 1) is not a proper name and 2) occurs rarely or not at all in the NT. Then I display the table chart by book which is very helpful. However, my options are limited here to average hits per 1000. I'd like to see average hits per 100 in table formate by book. I know I can get a HITS graph, but that doesn't allow me to see the hits per book. Is there another way of searching and/or analysis graph that will give me this info? Helen Brown
I suggest exporting the results including the total word count per book, and then importing to a spreadsheet where you can manipulate the numbers as you wish.
