gordonhooker
Hi All, I have sent email to Accordance Support on this issue but I have heard nothing back not even a confirmation of receipt of my email. The problem: Since upgrading to the latest version of accordance 12.1.5 on Windows 7 accordance crashes on startup. I begins to start and pops up a window saying accordance crashed restore from last session, it doesn't matter which option you choose - yes or no the splash screen disappears and accordance crashes asking if you want to open the crash log. Has anyone else seen this issue or know how to get rid of it without throwing away all my preferences? gordonhooker
All, I heard from support after posting the OP. I would assume that there is still a issue that needs diagnosis by support but I was able to run accordance by starting in safe mode and deleting the last saved session. Here was one of things to try by support: On a PC, double-click on Accordance and immediately hold down the ‘alt' key. Please select ‘Remove startup session’ and then launch Accordance. Test this issue again. Blessings, Gordon
