mgvh
I have a fast machine w/ 12GB RAM running Win 10 Pro, (version 10.0.15063) I just updated to the latest Accordance 12.1.2.1, and it has crashed 10 times on me in the last hour. I have reported the crashes, but I can make it repeat by running a search and then trying to get any Analytics of the search. Until a fix is found, is there any way to rollback to any earlier run of Accordance? Thanks. Mark

Helen Brown
The older versions are left on the server so you can copy the link from our Downloads: Accordance installers page and edit it to get the installer for the version you want.
mgvh
As I and others have noted, 12.1.6 is problematic. So I downloaded version 12.0.6 from the page Helen cited to my home machine. Now I can view analytics, but I am also now getting the old crashes I had with that version. On my other system (also Win 10), I updated at some point to 12.1.1 which is working well. Is there any way to get that 12.1.1 update on my home machine? Or is a fix to 12.1.6 anticipated any time soon? (Yes, I'm frustrated with crashing all the time.) Helen Brown
12.1.3 is on its way very soon, with fixes mainly for the crashes on Windows.
