Can't Make Custom Atlas Site Set In Acc 12

Hi,

 

I am using Window 7 and Acc 12.1.1.0

 

I have tried multiple time to make a custom site consisting of all the default sites....Accordance crashes every time when I do this

 

 

 

I was able to do this in Acc 11 back in 2013..

 

Any suggestions?
