Brett K.
I'm trying to import a Bible and in a few places they have combined two verses. For example, they have Matt 26.6,7 combined.Right now my file looks like this: Matthew 26:6 After Jesus had reached Bethany, and while he was in the house of Simon the leper, a woman came up to him with an alabaster jar of very costly perfume, and poured the perfume upon his head as he was at table. Matthew 26:7 -- That works, but it doesn't indicate that vs 6 and 7 are combined. It could look like it's just v. 6 and v. 7 is missing. This a pretty minor issue, but I just wanted to make sure I'm not missing something. Also, is that the correct way to indicate a missing verse or do I just skip the verse altogether? Thanks
Fabian
Hello Brett Thanks for bringing this again to attention. I've mentioned this before. It would be great to have here the same possibility like the Accordance staff. Greetings Fabian
Brett K.
I did see how Accordance is handling it in some modules. For example, the TEV.I can't remember the reference but there was a verse that combined vv. 6 and 7. So it looked like this.BookName 2:6 [+7] This is the verse.BookName 2:7 --The [+7] was just part of the verse text for v. 6.
