How to add modules to notifications

In order to quickly switch back and forth between Hebrew Bible and NT, I use the screen on iOS that shows up if you pull from the left of the home screen. I gather this is called "notifications". I found the following documentation on this:

In the picture there, both Tyndale and ESVi modules are available, and the text indicates that "recently accessed Resources" will show up. Usually, I have both HMT and NA28 options, and both will open wherever I left off. However, every time I update the software, it clears this screen, and I have to use both for a while in order to eventually achieve both options. Currently, on my iPad, I've done a fair amount of reading in NA28 and yet only HMT is showing up. How do I make it so that both are available?
