rpavich
For some reason, I can't clear highlights in my NA28. To be precise, I can't clear them all at once. I can click each individually and choose "clear highlight" but I can't just Cmd + A and choose Shift-Clear. How do I get all highlights off of a text when I can't remember how they got there? Fabian
You can delete the Highlights in the Documents/Accordance File folder. Greetings Fabian
rpavich
But I don't want to get rid of the highlight pens or markers themselves...just the results in my text.
Fabian
Yes. You have in your Folder. In other words if you delete a Word .docx paper, it doesn't delete some features in Word. You can also input some from http://www.accordancefiles1.com/exchange/highlights.htm (Not the search Ranges). So if you had add a new Style Sheet you get here one more and even in the . So you can delete this in the Folder. After a restart Accordance ask you where the file is, deny and it starts without this sheet. Or Simply create a new one. You can have hundreds of Style Sheets. One for Bibles NIV, ESV, etc. Or for Topics etc. You can rename the NA28 to ZZ then it will be the last in the list. Or do I understand it not right what you want? rpavich
Not sure you understand. Let me try again Apparently I did some search in the past and highlighted the hits. Now, I can't remove the highlights from the hits in the NA28. Normally I'd be able to just select all of the NA28 text and choose "clear highlights" from the highlight tool but it won't work. I can select each hit individually and right click, and choose "clear highlight" and that will remove the one highlight from that one word but I can't do that for hundreds and hundreds of highlights. Fabian
Normally I'd be able to just select all of the NA28 text and choose "clear highlights" from the highlight tool but it won't work. I haven't tested it before, but you are right this doesn't work. This seems to be a bug in 12.0.6. As a turn around you can delete it here . Helen Brown
I am not sure that you have ever been able to clear all the highlights at once.
rpavich
I am not sure that you have ever been able to clear all the highlights at once. I'm positive I have. I'd have never done a search and got 100 hits and then when to them one by one and right clicked to remove the highlights. Edited to add: I just cleared them. I searched "*" and got all of the words as hits and then shift cleared them all. Edited April 24, 2017 by rpavich
