Brian W. Davidson
It seems the Greek text in the intermediate LS is oversized — almost as though every Greek word is the size of a headword. Looks really awkward. Can this be fixed?
Brian W. Davidson
Also not sure what is going on with the paragraph looking symbols in poēta and poēsis. I'm using Times New Roman font for the tools so why wouldn't the macrons render correctly? Edited March 10, 2017 by Brian W. Davidson
Timothy Jenney
Try switching fonts to Cardo. Here's my screenshot using that font:
Fabian
The paragraph characters are still there in Cardo. But as I seen it before I have reported it.
Brian W. Davidson
You still have (issue 2) the same weird symbols in the words that are supposed to be poēta and poēsis, and (issue 1) the Greek font is still large. Timothy Jenney
I agree. I was looking at the wrong paragraph. Sorry. I have used Report a Correction, which should address the incorrect characters (in time). I'm not personally bothered by the size of the Greek. I guess my old eyes prefer it! Brian W. Davidson
I hear you re: preferring the bigger text size, but it doesn't fit with the normal practice for Accordance Greek lexicons and the dissimilarity drives me bonkers. (Just a bit of obsessive compulsive tendencies concerning my lexicons and typography).
Mark Allison
I'm bothered by the inconsistency too. Fixing it now (including the improper symbols). Should have an update in a day or two.
